This presentation will teach you what you need to know about creating SOPs and designing staff training programs for your pharmacy.

Brenda Jensen
Owner - Compounding Consultants, LLC
Brenda Jensen serves on the IACP Foundation Board of Directors. She is an owner at Compounding Consultants, LLC located in Sioux Falls, SD. Brenda has helped about 250 or so sterile and nonsterile compounding pharmacies in 45 states improve compounding quality and safety. She assists with PCAB accreditation, NABP VPP or UCAP credentialing, development of standard operating procedures, USP and/or state law compliance, and can provide onsite training to compounding personnel.
