Is Your Feedback Survey Ready? Providing Effective Feedback to Residents

Dr. Melissa Heigham, PharmD, MHA, BCOP, BCPPS will conduct a 1-hour knowledge based continuing education webinar program on effective feedback for residents and how feedback is assessed during residency surveys based on pharmacy residency accreditation standards.

Learning Objectives:
At the end of this session, participants will be able to:
1. Identify at least four characteristics of effective feedback.
2. Compare and contrast the different types of feedback.
3. Describe how resident feedback is assessed during a residency survey.

ACPE logo PPAG has accredited this knowledge-based webinar for 1.0 contact hours (0.10 CEUs) of continuing education credit for pharmacists. UAN #: 0180-0000-19-009-L04-P.

The Pediatric Pharmacy Advocacy Group is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education as a provider of continuing pharmacy education. In order to receive credit, participants must register for the program, attend the program, and fill out a post-program survey. Webinar programs are 100% supported through program registration fees and PPAG membership dues, and is not supported by Industry.

BCPPS Recertification Credit is also available for PPAG members if you select that pricing option during registration. Participants will be required to complete an evaluation and pass an exam in order to receive their certificate. Once the exam is passed, participants will receive 1 hour BCPPS credit. Valid through January 14, 2020.

You may ask questions, participate in surveys, and post comments from your computer during the program. Please note that credit (if available) is only provided to registered attendees participating at their own computer and phone. Simple instructions with a link to the program will be sent when you register and again the day before the webinar.
