Jonathan E. Levitt, Esq., co-founded the boutique healthcare law firm Frier Levitt, LLC in 2000. Frier Levitt has a national presence in Life Sciences and Pharmacy Law, and has been counsel to multiple nationwide class actions of independent pharmacies. After graduating from Rutgers College, Rutgers University, Jonathan pursued a Juris Doctorate degree from New York Law School, where he edited the New York Law School Law Review and graduated cum laude.

At Frier Levitt, Jonathan has dedicated his practice to representing pharmacies nationally against the abusive audit practices of Pharmacy Benefit Managers (PBMs). Jonathan advises public companies in the Pharmaceutical Space on Regulatory, Transactional and Litigation Issues. Jonathan has an established track record of challenging PBMs and speaks at pharmacy conventions across the country in an effort to share his firm’s specialized knowledge. In addition to lecturing, Jonathan has been published in internationally-circulated publications and commits himself to pro bono and public service assignments. He is also the author of the LinkedIn Group “Hot Topics in Pharmacy Law.”

For the last 11 years, Jonathan’s peers have elected him as a Super Lawyer. Jonathan is certified by the Supreme Court of New Jersey as a Civil Trial Attorney. Jonathan has competed in triathlons, including the 2012 New York Ironman U.S. Championships, and also trains in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu.
